Currently, we only ship to the US, Canada and Australia.
 
What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns received within 30 days of the date of delivery. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging.
 
Do you offer free shipping and returns?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99! However the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.
 
Can I cancel my order?
 
If you want to cancel your order, please email tawakkulthelabel@gmail.com as quickly as possible! You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after creating it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
 
When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Afterwards, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information for your order.

How do I properly wash my hoodie/sweatpants?

With 100% cotton, shrinkage may occur with every wash. Because of this, we recommend that you wash with cold water. Additionally, iron and air dry your item, and do not bleach. Following these instructions should allow you to properly care for your TTL items!
